The CasePro DJI Osmo X3 Carrying Case is the best osmo case on the market.  It holds all of the osmo accessories you need like the osmo tripod, the extension stick, extra batteries, charger and more.  The CasePro osmo case is made with high density foam for added protection so you can be confident your osmo is safe.  Set in the foam is an osmo stand cavity which allows you to stand the osmo up inside of the case when working.  It can also be utilized as a holder so you can film hands free right out of the case. 

At CasePro, we have listened to our customers and incorporate custom features into our cases.  Not only does this osmo carrying case have room for all your accessories, but CasePro give you an SD card case, an optional shoulder strap, and a removable pouch in the lid so you can store other accessories like paperwork and even an iPad or other tablet.  This case is also fully customizable using our “design your own” custom design tool.  Need more batteries? Our shipping is painless and simple.  If you place your order before 2PM MST your product will be shipped that same day at no cost to you (*FREE Shipping applies to select products only and is only valid within the contiguous 48 United States).  Orders that ship to an address other than your billing address will be subject to further verification and may not ship same day. We are the premier online DJI dealer that provides official DJI products via free shipping on the same day as your purchase!  

Once you make your order you can track the progress of your package using the tracking number that we will provide upon shipping your order.  

On weekend purchases we will ship the following Monday. Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on Saturday or Sunday. If you purchase something after 2PM MST on Friday the order will be shipped first thing on Monday.  Free Shipping! It doesn't get any better.  Nobody works as hard as we do to please our customers! 

International Shipping Policy - We ship worldwide! We work with various companies to ensure that you get the best rate possible for your international shipping needs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Email us to get specific rate quotes.

Return Policy

Once a product is opened, all sales are final.  For any unopened products, you will have 14 days to return the product with a 10% restocking fee.

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RMA AUTHORIZATION NUMBER - CONTACT US BEFORE SHIPPING ANY PRODUCT BACK.

Warranty

The majority of our products (including DJI products) are covered under manufacturer's warranty. Drones Etc. does not provide any warranties whatsoever and defers to the manufacturer for any complaints/warranties/guarantees as Drones Etc. does not make, manufacture, or fabricate any of the products found herein.

And remember: These parts can be complex systems, failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. The warranty does not cover, and Drones Etc., LLC. is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component. Drones Etc. is not responsible in any way for the use, misuse, or any injury or damage to personal property from use of any equipment purchased at dronesetc.com.

If a Warranty issue does arise and the item must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement the customer has 2 options:

Option #1:  Contact DJI and obtain an RMA number.  The customer must then ship their purchase to DJI.  DJI will then inspect and then replace the purchase at their discretion.
Please contact them at us.support@dji.com and they will ensure you are taken care of.

If you contact DJI for support, please have available the following information:

  • Product name / number
  • Serial number
  • Date of purchase
  • Dealer name
  • Description of fault
  • Photo or Video of fault, if applicable

Option #2: Drones Etc. will manage the manufacture warranty process.  If it's a drone we will charge the customer $150 to manage this process.  If it's an accessory or part we will charge the customer $60.  This charge will cover the cost for Drones Etc. to receive the item, test the item, document the item, ship the item to DJI, follow up with DJI, ship the item back from DJI, test the item for replacement accuracy and then ship the item back to the customer.
